properties to be used in the most demanding applications. Its unique construction
limits the cold flow problems associated with skived PTFE sheets. Regal 2440 is
very effective in applications where available bolt load is low.

Regal 2480 is a true re-structured PTFE gasket sheet with

Sulfate fillers, limits both creep and cold flow in service and at
temperature.

REGAL 2550 Gasket Material
Regal 2550 is a pure, 100% expanded virgin PTFE sheet, with a
highly consistent microstructure for uniform tensile strength in all
directions. Much softer and flexible than skived PTFE sheets, it
conforms easily to uneven and rough sealing surfaces. Since it is
so soft and compressible, Regal 2550 is very effective in applications
where available bolt load is low.
